Wordle #1765: STAND
A clean 3/6 today. STAND was the answer, and the weighted-entropy solver walked us right to it.
SALET opened with a solid hit β S locked in at position 1, while A and T flagged as present-but-misplaced (π©π¨β¬β¬π¨). With L and E eliminated and the STA- cluster forming in my head, the solver narrowed the field to 56 candidates.
Round two was STARN β an uncommon but valid word (itβs a dialectal term for starling, since you asked). It paid off beautifully: S, T, and A all confirmed correct in positions 1β3 (π©π©π©β¬π¨), R knocked out, and N flagged as present but not at the end. Four candidates left.
With STA_N_ constraints and only a handful of words remaining, STAND was the obvious β and correct β pick. π©π©π©π©π©. The solver had it figured out before I even blinked.
Three guesses, zero drama. A good Sunday morning.
